Here are some of the writing exercises we did in our first Writing for Advocacy Workshops
June 30th's prompts:
5-10 minutes write a piece loosely exploring the theme "hope." This might be what the word means to you. What hope looks like. What it feels like. This might have been sentences, fragments, words, memories, names.
5 minutes: What do you want "now" to look like? Don't consider what's possible or practical, limits or reasons why this can't work: for this task, write what you want "now" to look like.
Here is the link if you would like to join us live.
Workshops are the last Tuesday of the month from 7-8PM (BST). If you aren't able to make it to the live workshops, I'll post some of the prompts here so you can do the at another time.
